After the job has been done ,  assessed and clearance  certificate  received . .  And the owners  are happy with the work i invoice  them ,  payable   by transfer  to bank account .

Of course i specialse in demolition aswell and use local contractors  with years of experience  for the excavation and haulage  of slab.cement.footings.tree removal.
