How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Having worked for other removal companies we decided that we wanted to start our own business whereby we could offer a more personal service. Since we also have experience gained in the service industry we thought it would be good to combine these services.

Customers should always ask what experience a company has in handling specific items that require extra amount of care and attention such as a piano for example. Always qualify that a company has the right type of insurance that will cover your belongings.

Customers are mostly concerned about the safety of their goods. We always take great care to ensure items are handled carefully when loading / unloading and during transit. This is why we are fully insured for both your and our piece of mind.

We are a professional and we understand that each customers requirements are different and therefore we tailor all our jobs to your specific needs. We handle all your belongings with the utmost care. Where possible we will conduct client visits to understand your requirements and provide a quote.  All our staff are friendly, reliable and no job is too big or small.

We take great care and pride in our work, which means that we like to look after our customers. There is always someone available to speak to you about any questions you may have. Where we differ to some companies is that we offer a range of services that our customers can benefit from. Moving is stressful enough, we like to take care of all the hassle associated with moving away from you.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally charge an hourly rate, for which you will be provided with 2 men and a truck. A travel charge s also applied per half hour between destinations. We do not charge a call out fee unless the point of pick up is over half an hour from our depot.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We specialise in furniture,home, office and specialist removals. Packing / unpacking, assembling / disassembling, storage and vacate cleaning. We can move special large items such as pianos, pool tables and much more
