  The work done by the trade sent was of poor quality. The original quote indicated all rusted screws would be replaced, but this wasn't done as many remained. The price was overcharged for the amount of work done. Repeated contacts after payment was made to receive a warranty certificate were not replied. I am disappointed by the lack of integrity of this company. I plan to report to Consumer Council.
