  Friendly enough but over priced and not up to standard. It’s actually $70/hr not $35/hr.

  Hi Neville, thank you for leaving a feedback. Actually $35/hour/person is norm. Two persons working for 2 hours is not counted as 2 hours. It is 4 hours in fact and we only charged you for 3 hours after you agreed to go regular. But you cancelled your regular because you found fault in our cleaning after 3 weeks of cleaning being carried out. Even after cancelling clean, and we charging only $105 for 4 hours clean, you left a this feedback. Thank you. Tashi
