  We are insured and guarantee all our work. All though every effort will be taken when drilling Direct Garage Doors and its installers are not responsible for the failure of timber or brickwork when drilling or fixing. When fixing to timber we always pre-drill to stop or minimize any splitting however we can't stop poor brick or timber from failure. Should we have a failure whilst fixing we will re-fix tracks and supports to different positions.
