  Had Faxley Fencing replace colour bond fencing on 2 sides of our property after a fallen tree damaged fencing. Bob came out did the quote with was very competitive and was a very nice man so we booked him to do the job. Bob called the day before to confirm the job would be done the next day, they came out they put fencing up and we were more than happy with the job they did would highly recommend to anyone needing to get a fence put up. I would say call Bod he is your man. Very professional very prompt and a great price and great job. Thank you Bob and Faxley Fencing. If I am ever asked by anyone about fencing I will be recommending your company for sure.

  I was hesitant at first to hire Flaxley Fencing due to the negative and only review. However, I have just had my new colorbond fence erected and c an't speak highly enough of the experience. Once I had spoken to Bob and agreed to go to head with the job, I was pleasantly surprised when he said it could be commenced within the week. On the night before, Bob called to say that the job would begin the following morning. His fencing team arrived on time, took down the old fence, erected the new fence and disposed of all mess and timber within two days. The team was pleasant and even helped with repositioning an aerial and removing a lattice frame. The Flaxley quote was much cheaper than others I had been given. I would not hesitate to recommend them based on my very positive experience.

  I accepted their quote, paid the deposit only as per the quote, was advised work was to be done on a specified date. No one showed up on the day- later I sent an email inquiring if they are still coming. Got a reply "job had to be rescheduled to a date a week later "due to some equipment being serviced". The date arrived, again no one showed up, got an email "job rescheduled to another date (1 week later), due to some unexpected circumstances with the fencer". The fourth date arrived, again no-one showed up- called & was advised "due to issues with the fencer they have to cancel the job, they will refund my deposit " Just my experience, but have to say I was not expecting this from the Bob that I met.

  This is an old review (3 years+). It happened during health problems with a fencer. Long time ago. Please note that we gave a full refund along with our apologies.

  Yes we are an insured business (GIO). We are also licenced. We do guarantee our work with some provisos for materials.

• What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

  Customers commonly ask the following: How do I pay and how does my neighbour contribute? We accept credit cards and direct debit payment. All payments are receipted by our Accountant. Neighbours can input their payments separately into our account. When will the job start?
