Sami communicated very well and apologised when they did not clean up after installation. Best of all, Sami was able to do the work within a very tight schedule as I really needed to move in quickly. And for a great price. Highly recommended

  Do not use! I can't state this enough. It has been a drama at every stage of our job. If I could rate these guys a 0 star I would. We were looking for carpet in the bedrooms and a hybrid floating floor to be installed in the remainder of the house in two stages due to a renovation in half of the house. Stage 1 (Bedroom carpets, hybrid on the stairs & one lounge room): - First attempt at install failed due to wrong colour being brought on sight - Second attempt (weeks later) done but bottom step not done due to mess up with the nosing - Weeks of delays just to install the first stage Stage 2 (Remaining hybrid floors and top and bottom stair): - First attempt installed in the wrong direction meaning top stair was not fitting and needed a special nosing and built flooring around a gap that was not intended - Second attempt they brought the wrong colour AGAIN! - Third attempt started installing the remaining before realising they needed to redo half the floor because of a gap - Forth attempt not able to complete because skirtings werent removed (fixed in 15 mins) but installer didnt want to wait - All of this has delayed our renovation by over a month due to constant stuff ups - Owner does not communicate with his staff properly. - Avoid at all costs!
