Yes, we hold appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance. We work closely with clients to assist them in achieving the right individual outcome.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Clients should ensure that the provider is appropriately qualified and experienced. 1) Are you a Register Architect?  2) What experience do you have in the type of project I have? 3) Do you have references from clients?

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

1) Do we have to sign up for all your services? A) No, you can choose to proceed with one service at a time, it is up to the client as to what services they engage us for. 2) Can you recommend a builder? A) Yes, we work with several builders who we would be happy to recommend. 3) How do you charge? A) For residential work generally a fixed fee, for commercial work a percentage fee of the total cost of work.  Hourly rates apply with client approval for any work requested which is outside the scope of the fixed fee.

Our preferred approach is to meet with clients on site to discuss and understand their specific requirements.  We look to provide individual service to each client to ensure a successful outcome is achieved.

Our residential clients can sign up for all our services or simply select one service at a time before determining to move to the next stage. This means clients are in control of progressing their project.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For our residential work we generally charge a fixed fee based on the estimated number of hours required to undertake the work, rather than a percentage fee of the total cost of works.  For our commercial work we generally charged a percentage fee of the total cost of works.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

We are Architects registered with the Architects Registration Board of Victoria and members of the Australian Institute of Architects and Architeam.  We possess a wide variety of professional experience from residential renovations and new builds, through to education and commercial projects.
