If you had an unlimited budget for your dream house, how much of it would you spend on a view? 50%? 80%? Almost all of it? For many people view is number one priority in their dream house. We help to create a view and to make the most of it.

I need to have a complete Needs and Options review done. Just like a surgeon will not operate without a diagnosis, I can't quote without knowing what you need and can do.

My service does not compete on price. I can't help with a cheap design. However, my service in the end saves you thousands of dollars because you know all your needs and options in advance. It helps to prevent late changes and delays that all could cost you thousands and tens of thousands.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Will a surgeon cut a patient open without a diagnosis? Never! Will you cut your house without knowing exactly what you need? Probably not. Our initial consultation just like an X-ray helps you to get a clear picture your problem and then make a specific plan of what needs to be done.

I specialise in creating houses with a view even if there is no view. At the same time I help to prevent delays and cost overruns.

Delays, changes, cost overruns, unexpected outcomes — all this happens when people rush into design and building without checking their options first. Working on over 30 projects in Sydney has helped me to understand that this, by far, is one of the biggest mistakes people make when  renovating.
