What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Because we work on physically transforming spaces, we really need to see the space in order for us to provide you with a quote. We may pick up on thing that you where not aware of? Firstly we arrange an appointment where we can walk through the space an talk about your needs and budget. Then we provide you with a detailed scope of works and fee proposal.  If you would like to engage us for styling, spacial re assessment of existing furniture, color consulting, art work placement and light consulting we charge an hourly rate.

Tip 1 - Do you need a new one? or can we re finish and freshen up the existing and work with what we've got? Tip 2 - Do you have any trades people that you already know, have worked with before and know personally? Tip 3 - Have you done research with your local council/body corporate/landlord/real estate agent and discover any things we need to consider before we start the design process.

We pass on all designer and trade discounts directly to our client. We do not receive any trailing fees as we feel it is far more beneficial for the end result of the project to pass on these discounts leaving more budget for us to allow for.
