The insurance is dependent on the event.  We have insurance for all events that we do and/or ensure that the event is insured. We guarantee our work always as long as we have ultimate control of putting it together.  If the client does not want to take our advise, we get them to put in writing exactly what they want us to do.

Depends on the client's wishes. Depends on the type and size of the event, eg. charity, private, corporate. Major community, small private, Bridal.  We endeavour to come up with a costing scenario which is suitable for both client and us.
