  WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! The finished product is disgusting, for them to be happy with the way they left my decking shows what a shoddy company this is! Please look at the photos of the finished decking! I cannot begin to explain how unreliable this company is. After paying the deposit of half the full amount, they cancelled on 3 separate occasions before finally starting our job. One of the occasions they messaged me in the morning of the day they were meant to come. Every time they gave me a new date they would also tell me they will have all hands on deck and dedicate 5 full days to get the job done. The first week that they finally arrived the 2 guys only worked for 5 hours a day, and on the fifth day I got a message in the morning saying they weren't coming that day. On the following wednesday I was told the guys would be here at 7.30am. They finally showed up at 9am, and said "it's raining so we can't work" then left. One of the guys never did any work, every time I looked outside he was lying down on the ground on his phone. One day after they had left I went outside to find a huge mess, including throwing the pavers they had dug up onto one of my plants. After many messages and phone calls to Cihan he told me he would come out on thursday and talk to me about all the issues we'd been having. He didn't come over on thursday, and I didn't see him again. They finished 2 weeks later. They left the job unfinished, there are exposed edges everywhere, there are nails sticking out of the decking, they didn't cut the edges the same length on one area and one of the planks sticks out. On the monday after they finished I tried to ring Cihan to tell him about all the stuff they hadn't finished, he never answered my calls. He would leave me voice messages every time I rang him. He said he was going to organise for the job to be finished properly, but he'd have to buy some extra brackets and I would have to pay for them. 1 week later I rang him again and asked him when this was going to happen, he ignored me again. After a few weeks I sent him an email with photos of everything that they hadn't finished, and asked him to contact me to discuss. He said he was overseas and would be in contact when he got back. I never heard from him. At this stage our decking is still unfinished, with nails sticking out, edges exposed, and planks cut to different sizes, photos attached. Eventually I made an application to the Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria. I messaged Cihan and told him I was doing this. For the amount of money I paid I am absolutely devastated that my decking looks so bad.
