• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  DBM Landscapes is fully insured. Warranty information: Hardscape: DBM Landscapes warrants its workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of installation (see below for exclusions) Irrigation and Lighting: DBM Landscapes warrants all irrigation parts and labour for 12 months (see below for exclusions). Lighting materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty that may vary depending on the product purchased. Plants: DBM Landscapes warrants all plants for a period of 30 days from date of installation (see below for exclusions). Warranty is excluded when: • Any damages or failures are caused as a result of incidents beyond our control, such as unreasonable wear’n’tear, mis-use, violence/vandalism, vehicles/machinery, animals, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, lack of basic and reasonable maintenance and any other common sense factors which the product couldn’t reasonably be expected to withstand • Plants are not watered by an automated irrigation system, as approved and tested by DBM Landscapes • Plants are damaged or die as a result of insect infestation or disease unless covered under a maintenance contract • Plants that are damaged or die as a result of improper cultural practices such as over or under watering, improper fertilizing, damage from chemical applications, etc. • Plant that have been transplanted • Components of the landscape have been installed by any other company; our warranty is exclusive to work which DBM Landscapes performs • Materials have been discontinued • Any damage or failures occur due to recycled or re-used items (e.g. existing reticulation systems) If you wish to keep your landscape looking at its best and do not have the time or knowledge to devote to caring for your garden, please consider one of our professional landscape maintenance programs.
