Excellent, thank you! Expectation was for a “summer short coat” and the groomer delivered a neatly clipped short style which will be very cool & comfortable during summer. Punctuality was very good, the groomer was ready for the appointment and rang when there was 20 minutes before pick-up so that I could be back in time to collect our dog. Communication was very good with regard to appointment availability, confirmation, pick up time.
