  I am not insured as I believe it is not required for my profession. I do my best to keep costs down for my customers and this is another one of those extras I can do without.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  My mum was having computer problems when I lived in Brisbane and she reluctantly called another Computer Technician to fix her problem. They charged her almost $300 to input her username and password to get her connected to the internet and I saw an opportunity to offer people a much better deal.
