  If I could give zero stars, I would. We purchased a spa from (name removed) on the 8th Feb 2022. After paying on the day, we waited over three weeks of continued promises of delivery which (name removed) continually failed to complete. (name removed) kept sighting "repairs" as the issue and reassuring us that once delivered the spa would be in great condition. All this time (name removed) not once contacted us, we had to continually follow up with calls and texts to get any response out of him. Fast forward, we've FINALLY got the spa and within three days of filling it up it was completely empty with multiple leaks. (name removed) sent out his technician who confirmed the issue. (name removed) promised repair of the spa however now after weeks of failed attempts to contact our spa is not repaired and we cannot contact (name removed). This has been the WORST purchase experience of our lives, (name removed) is an incredibly poor communicator continually fails to deliver on what he says he will do and sold us a faulty, unusable spa for a price of $3,800! I'd be happy to share screenshots of all of our communications, and photos of our useless leaking spa to anyone considering purchasing from (name removed) and Integrity.
