I am  fully  insured  together  with  every  contractor  that  works  on  my  sites.  I  give  a  10  year  guarantee  of   all  work

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have  always  enjoyed  being  involved  in  the  building  trade.  my  parents   were  always  involved  in  building  new  homes  or   renovating.  that's  when  I  decided to  take  up  an  apprentishship with  one   of  dads  contractors  in  the    late  sixties

One  of  my  favourite  customer  stories  is  I  had  a   man  called  me about  a  year &  a half  ago &  had  asked  me  if  I could  call  to  his  house   to  check &  quote   his main  bathroom   for  renovation for  him &  his  wife.  well  we  had  a  good  discussion  &  he  had  told  me  he  had   served    in  vietnam, &  he  told  me  he  was  one  of the highest paid  in  his  medical  team. well   they  did  end  up  giving  me  the  job  to  renovate  their bathroom. after  we  started  work  we  soon  found  that  after  removing  wall  sheets in their  shower my  plumber  discovered  that  because of  the  pipe   that  had  been  leaking  for  weeks, the  type  of    leak    would  enable  the  owners  to make  a   claim  on  their  insurance .   the  outcome  was  good  & after  we  had helped  the  owners  fill  in   the  insurance  forms  , they  were  able  to  make  a  claim  for  over  $9000  which  came  close  to  paying  for  their  work.  they  were  very  happy.

I  have   found  that by  getting  all  paperwork  correct  from  the  start  the  job   will  run  more  smooth, which  will  make  not  just  the  customer  happy  but  also  myself.
