Say no to hourly rate - (not sure how long the cleaner will be there for - price could exceed BUDGET) Say YES to fixed rate price - (know what you are paying for up front - no matter how long the job takes)  Regular Cleaning - Prices are set for min 3 years. (Know what you are paying for in future)
