Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We are fully insured for any glass broken or items damaged within a home or commercial job site, as well as our own health and safety. We have had one incident in the past where a ladder slipped through the window below, but we dealt with the problem immediately and professionally and our client is still with us.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I learnt the tricks of the trade through my brother and his window cleaning business and was encouraged by him to start my own business on the Central Coast

How many window panes there are, degree of difficulty to clean them, the style (colonial, french) whether they've been cleaned in the past year, how much ladder or roof work is involved, and whether or not they have tinting film internally/externally.

Remove any obstacles in the way of windows inside or outside, ask for no razor scraping, and pay in cash.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our window cleaning rate works out at around $55 per hour, due to efficiency and quality of our work. Glass insurance isn't cheap either!

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I charge based on style of windows, degree of difficulty to clean, the amount of ladder work involved and the quality/state the windows are in. It can be up to 30% extra for a first clean if the windows have not been cleaned in over a year or more.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Window Cleaning, I can do track cleans, gutter cleans, frame cleans, or even external house cleans but as I do not focus on these in my work, it will cost extra.

Over 5 years experience cleaning residential windows and some commercial lots. We have a young, energetic, enthusiastic window cleaning team who have no trouble climbing extension ladders, getting into tight areas and delivering high quality window cleaning coastwide.
