    Top company to do business with from Steve coming out to do the quote in Brisbane Qld to our goods being delivered to Glenelg SA the whole process was seamless, so much infact we are now using them again to put stuff into storage. The sign of a good company is that they get repeat business.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️ If I could give zero stars I would. this is just some of our broken items, almost all the lids on our plastic containers are broken, our bbq no longer works, they broke the leg on our buffet so we can no longer move it I have called several times since August 6 waiting for a response before posting this, but it is now 2 months later and nothing has happened and Johnny and the delivery guys just tell you to contact the owner Shannon. We paid $6,650 & paid for a full container that obviously wasn’t packed properly, or maybe it was, and when they decided to co-load our container I guess they rearranged everything again to get more in, so we ended up with their stuff and we had missing artwork, And to make matters worse, the items that are not damaged are full of little stickers they insist on putting on every single item we had 5 labels put onto 1 cot. *edit replying to owner I can’t seem to add to your response Love how fast you reply to a review but you can’t return a phone call. Firstly I was NEVER ever told by Johnny not to use plastic containers and clearly no one else was either as it’s in most of your reviews Maybe let the client know in the future Secondly the box your staring at on your desk that was as you say rectified instantly is only there because i told the drivers & I gave it to them straight away as for the stickers they had no idea it had a different name and nor did they care. Thirdly I paid for the full container and I was told in Melbourne that’s its It’s now full & you can’t put your remaining items in so I left a lawn mower and few other items behind which clearly was not the case if you managed to co load my container so it is definitely a issue & really not sure why you think it’s non issue Furthermore the buffet that you can’t see extensive damage is because I can’t move it so I can’t take any great pictures because your two men held the leg up and we had to quickly put my Buffet on it so I can still use it Why don’t you ask them for the pictures on there phone as they took all the pictures as well. Lastly I believe my artwork that went missing yes it was found after me having to call multiple times just for anyone to even answer & then was told unless someone is dead don’t call me so many times My other artwork you damaged which is in the pictures what about that it wasn’t wrapped just like the bed head wasn’t wrapped either I understand about the extra insurance but MY insurance doesn’t cover your companies negligence. Thank you again for your reply, but my review is true and I hope it will enlighten all your future customers to stay away from this negligent company.

    Hi Becky, Thank you for the review. I'd love to respond to this publicly as in my opinion there are a few mistruths in here or examples of "not quite the case". Firstly, as is explained to all customers in regards to the use of plastic tubs, anyone who has plastic tubs know they are not designed great and so we warn all customers that the lids do tend to crack in transport when moving interstate. This is not down to any mishandling or negligence but more so the weak nature of the lids themselves as they have no spine and they are travelling the length of the country by train (encountering vibrations and movement during the journey). Any one who has moved plastic tubs before should be able to attest to this. Secondly, the image of the box in your review photos is a box I am staring at right now at my desk. This was identified as an error in delivery and rectified near enough instantly (this is why we have the stickers so if there is a simple case of human error then we can resolve it straight away). Thirdly, you paid for the volume of goods you indicated to be part of your move - and as it turned out you did not quite use the full container so we utilised the space for another client. This is a non-issue as far as we are concerned. Furthermore, from the images seen it is hard to see where the extensive damage is on the buffet leg , however as we do explain to all customers during the booking process it is the client responsibility to purchase their own insurance to account for any accidental damages. Obviously our guys would not go out of their way to break any pieces of furniture so this would of course be an accident during travel. The invoice information is provided in the quote email, over the phone and also in the invoice email when the booking is made. I don't think we can make it any clearer than that but if there are perhaps other ways we can advise our clients of this then I would be willing to listen to all suggestions to help improve our service. Lastly, I believe the missing piece of artwork in question was also located and redelivered but please inform me if this is not the case, as our system shows the issue was resolved. Again, thank you for the review however from a business standpoint I felt it necessary to shine light on this particular situation given the circumstances.

    Couldn't move our stuff until the next day. Get told morning then it was 2 pm then they were still an hour away at 3 pm and they won't get here until about 5 pm - 6 pm What a joke paid good money for this move Be unpacking all night now do not recommend. And also. One box was wet with electrical in it and smash cup

    Hi Christopher, We apologise for arriving later than initially scheduled. I'm not sure how this merits a 1 star review but please feel free to give us a call and provide some personal feedback. I wouldn't imagine the unpacking would take all night as the inventory was very small tot the total of 6 cubic metres (boxes, bed, TV). However, apologies again for being slightly later than scheduled.

    The worst company I have ever dealt with, they took all day for a simple job with only large items and boxes. They were abusive damaged items, plus broke a catch on the door that they did not repair. When I questioned him he swore at me. They charge hourly and took their time.
