• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Yes I am insured. A guarantee on concrete is a tricky situation though. Whilst we undertake all the best practices during preparation works, concrete can crack if it so desires. We make sure the steel reinforcing is placed at the right height to reduce cracking but I don't make concrete.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I entered my family business at 17. Now I'm 47 and the passion hasn't ever died. I love a joke at work and I hope that has shown through what I have typed. I am just a perfectionist Virgo
