Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

All businesses are required by law to be insured as I am with a cover of up to 5000000. This is a pretty standard coverage and any one without this minimum should not be in this type of business as the obviously are making poor decisions at the client's risk to save a few dollars.

I like to admire my finished jobs, I am proud of what I can turn things into from old and ugly to modern and nice.

What level of quality can you provide for the price. Not how cheap can you do it as this will lead to a dodgy job that will likely cost more in future to repair.

How long and how much are the most common questions. Best is to google it. Example Google how much does a bathroom renovation cost. Answer 15000 to 25000. Any quotation below 15 000 should be a bit of a red flag. Any higher and you ask what extras am I getting.

I am very passionate about finishing jobs with a good vibe, happy client. I believe in living and working with good people and keeping a positive atmosphere all the time. Happy clients, happy staff, happy life. Do good things and good things come back to you.

Attention to detail. Job done correctly, not rushed. Job s done on time within schedule. No need for any other tradesman. Everything included in one price from demolition to final finish painting.

Usually a site inspection is required for an accurate quote. Simple jobs may be quoted from photos, plans or video call. (skype, face time etc.)

Empty the rooms to be worked in. Generally an empty space will get a lower quotation as removal and re-positioning of fixtures/furniture and covering things to protect from dust etc. takes time which costs money

I do not do specials. My work speaks for it self. I do work and get paid, just like you. Offering specials would only be needed for companies that don't have enough work, which also raises the question....why?

My pricing is competitive when compared to professional companies like my own. I can not compete with cheap inexperienced businesses that cut corners, rush jobs and generally do a bad job. It takes time, the right materials and processes to get a quality job which is reflected in the pricing.

Generally I quote per job/project. This is more effective for the client to be able to estimate their total costs instead of having to guess how many hours a tradesman will take.

Many years of experience has given me skills in tiling, plaster works, carpentry and painting. Being multi skilled, I pass that on to my staff, for example my qualified painter and decorator is also a professional tiler.
