Yes our business is insured our designs are guaranteed to please our customers . If for some reason( there hasn't been one yet) that a customer is unhappy we are here to listen and find a solution, so that our clients are always happy and contine to give us five star reviews.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We thought about what we were really good at, design, styling, customer service, enjoy being creative and meeting new people and it just seemed the natural thing for us to do and get paid for what we love.

We had a lovely customer email us about having a winnie the pooh party theme., we created this beautiful party theme on our work floor . We had assumed that it was a party for a child , we checked what the client would like on her sign board and she replied Happy 30th Birthday. She really loved it

We love bringing together designs , the creative aspect , meeting people that are really happy and celebrating something special in their lives. We are blessed that we have the opportunity to meet people at their happiest times , we love what we do

What type of Party would you recommend and how which setting is best for a specific number of people. We are honest and upfront with our customers. If we don't think they need a larger setting we will let them know. If they are unsure of colours or styles we send them a menu to help them decide

Our customers don't have to do anything nor do we expect them to Our costs are based on us doing the work so that our customers don't have to If you want to save costs you can hire a bare tent, or come and pick up your party supplies and set it up yourself

Our pricing is reflective on the amount of work and skill that goes into each beautifully styled event. We are definitely not the cheapest, nor do we want to be. We provide an exceptional service and product and our pricing is competitive .

How do you normally charge for your service?

On booking we require a $100 Deposit with the remainder to be paid in full one week prior to the event date

We specialize in creating beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. We believe relationships and spending time together creates strong bonds . We love to create a beautiful environment that encourages fun, laughter and a sense of feeling loved even before the celebration begins

We have had a wide range of experience from Weddings, to Party Planning and Picnics in the Park.  We are a highly organised group of people that like things to be done to the highest standards. Being in Property and Design for over 15 years has given us a good eye for detail and customer service
