  Steven is very responsive to text and quoted straightaway by photos of work requirements for pet damage on carpet. He finished the job less than 15min and amazed he has a card machine so payment can be credit card with no extra fees. Highly recommended!

  Concept carpets were efficient and prompt. The price quoted though was much Lower than the final prive so just make sure you ask all questions first. I thought i did but cost $100 more than quoted. I am certainly not complaining but ask all questions first. Job was done promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommed.
