We are a WA owned and run company employing 10 people.Our technicians are all manufacturer trained and all have over 100 years of combined experience in the service and repair of office machines.We also sell new and refurbished copiers. We are an authorised Kyocera warranty agent.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Model of Machine, Location of machine and the problem that is occurring. We do not service or repair inkjet machines as we feel that we can not justify the cost of the repair when it is usually cheaper to purchase a new machine.

Our Staff may advise things to try over the phone to fix the fault thus saving you the cost of a technicians visit, please follow their suggestions. It is less expensive to drop of the machine to our workshop.
