Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I am an insured business.   I do not give any guarantees that your site will rank on Page 1. My work is all done in accordance with what Google specifies that good websites need to have. I follow what they say.  All I know is I can make it happen. Ultimately Google determines what is seen and hence I don't give guarantees.

My favorite client story is that of a property management group called Beyond Property in Brisbane. This particular client when they approached us to do their marketing for them just needed 15 more clients a month. We were able to get this property management company to get 28 clients a month organically. Just do a Google search for Property Managers or Property Management and see what results come up. Clients want to know how fast their websites can be on Google page one. This will depend on how much of our time you need working on your website. The more the time we put in the quicker the results. So work out what you want to achieve in a time frame and we can guide you on plans to achieve that goal.

We are a small firm, you talk to the business owner in Brisbane and know who is working on your website. We are approachable and come recommended. We can provide references if need be.

If you have been with your provider over 12 to 18 months and can't see results it's time to shop and see who can do better. We shall get you results that bring in real organic traffic each month.

Set realistic goals on what you want to achieve where leads are concerned. Work with us before we start by giving us access to your accounts. Share with us what you have done in the past so we have a good idea what needs to be done.

We do not price our services out of reach of local business in Brisbane. Our prices are under $2000 a month. You will start to see results and the new business gained will pay for this cost within 2 to 3 months. We are confident of that.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I am not expensive to take on. However, I am not the cheapest.   My charge depends on the client, the competition we are going to dominate which will determine the workload.   I prefer working with businesses that know and believe that Page 1 in Google is important. Also they have already an advertising budget to work with and not using funds that they cannot afford to pay out. I want to bring value to my clients not suffocate their businesses with another bill.  My charge is an upfront fee to begin with and then a monthly charge to keep the work flowing. I prefer Clients setting up payment via PayPal.  I don't lock people into contracts. They can always cancel if they can't afford to keep my services. Its an easy-work relationship.
