  We had our ensuite and bathroom both replaced by CLK and could not be happier. The contractors were courteous, friendly and always cleaned up afterwards. Their attention to detail and communication was great. I recently needed with an issue that was not their problem and they couldn’t have been happier to help. I love both my bathrooms and even my mother in law does too!!!!

  ***I DO NOT RECOMMEND CLK Kitchen and Bathroom RENOVATION TO ANYONE ***Our family engaged them to do the renovation of bathroom and kitchen. CLK charges exorbitant amount, uses sub-standard appliances and materials. Wait he will quote you a figure and look for ways to charge additional cost on top of the quoted price. The owner is NOT transparent with his quotation and doesn’t provide break-downs for each labour cost nor appliances  . The invoicing is ridiculous and doesn’t meet GST compliance .We asked him to provide a proper tax invoice for tax purpose and was given one in a letter format with no breakdowns. We were quoted additional $2900k extra for removal of Asbestos and $450 to run one additional circuit for the kitchen oven . Hello CLK kitchen, your unconscionable practice is ridiculously shameful. Not only that , the owner lied saying the demolition guys was licensed which is his own son. We had to get Safework Australia involved due to our serious concerns about his process and procedure of the asbestos removal.  He dumped bags of contaminated material in the backyard for several days and we had to get licensed removalist to dispose it at our own cost.  The workmanship is utterly poor, uneven door frames, wrong range hood installed , incorrect wiring at joints which doesn’t comply Australian Standard, dishonest practice with pumbling. Plumber connected PEX pipe to copper to avoid cost and upon repeated request he had to rectify it with sense of pique.  The electrician also taped wiring and threw in the ceiling. We had to get our own Electrician to correct all his unlawful wirings.The owner will drag the project for weeks and will demand progressive payment without completing the job. CLK renovation wake up !! The consumer law is crystal clear and one only has to pay a percentage deposit and rest on completion of the job!! Not only that the subcontractor he encourage’s will request payment from you at site . It is clear the owner doesn’t communicate well with his own subcontractors  or maybe the subcontractors have to chase him for their payment.Subcontractors have zero care factor and waterproofing compound was spilled on the carpet. Very disappointing as it’s not stain that can be cleaned but the carpet replaced in its entirety.  Wait the drama of oven connection was another another heroic experience for us. The electrician compromise safety and told us safety switch will be extra cost to us. Home owners hope my insights with this execrable renovator is helpful in your decision making.  I would strongly recommend  for you to look at alternative reputable renovators in the market.  **** NOT worth the risk and time with these guys especially when you spend a substantial amount of money, STAY AWAY fromCLK Kitchen and Bathroom renovation!****
