I do have Professional Indemnity Insurance and my work is of a high quality, if I make an error. I will fix it at no charge.  I strive to offer a service that will ensure that you are well looked after.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I always enjoyed accounting, I majored in accounting at high school and once I finished school I joined a professional accounting/audit/tax practice.

I had a client just before Christmas 2014 contact me as he had a letter from the Australian Taxation Office demanding outstanding tax returns - approximately 11 years. I prepared and lodged the tax returns and the client got a refund of over $16,000 and no penalties for late lodgement

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy structuring a client to ensure that their assets are protected against creditors. I enjoy talking with the client before they go out and acquire any assets, you can't give the right advice after they have acquired the assets.

Are you registered with a professional organisation, do you have any experience in the service that you are going to provide to that particular business. Are you reliable and can you offer the service that you say you can.

How do you charge for your services - I would normally charge on an hourly basis, but on most jobs I look at what is involved and the value that I can give the client and how I can help them save tax.

Being a Chartered Accountant, I abide by the Ethical standards of our profession and I ensure the work that I do is of a very high standard. I am a registered Tax Agent and ensure that I abide by their rules as well.

I offer a professional reliable service and reasonable rates that you can afford, your business is my business and I will ensure that you get the service that you require and need.

What accounting software do you use.  Do all the accounts reconcile.  Did you use an accounting or tax agent previously, if so why are you changing.  Are all your prior year tax returns lodged, if not what are outstanding.

I need a copy of the previous years Financial statements or tax Return;  Any major changes during the year compared to the previous year;  Copies of all current income and expenditure details.

I charge on an hourly basis, but I also look at the work as a whole and see what the value is that I can give to the business/company and charge accordingly. I offer a quality service at an affordable price.
