A customer should hire me over my competitors because of my good customer service and my eye for details. We are always early to our appointments and if we are late for one reason or another, we always endevour to ring the customer. And also let them know the situation.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

I would like to offer a 10% discount on their best quote. And another additional 10% for pensioners and concession card holders. And if they refer my service to their friends and family member, they will get a free bottle of wine.

A little competition can be a healthy thing. It can also be both costly and disastrous if you aren't up to par with Others in your particular business or industry. How you handle competition can be a direct link to the success or the failure of your company. You can, however, significantly  increase your chances of coming out on top by creating a competitive edge. Now because cleaning industry is very competitive, we beat our competitors by offering a 10% discount and also more discount for pensioners.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge by bank payment, cash and cheques. Unless otherwise arranged, we also issue invoices on a monthly basics depending on the nature of the contract. There are cases were customers pay you as you go.

We specialise in carpet cleaning and commercial office cleaning. All aspect of office cleaning including domestic carpet cleaning with specialist training and a proven track record with testimony from our satisfied customer including recommendations from company staff.

A proven track record as an achiever, managing over 5 contracts with different companies. intelligence and management "savvy".    Honesty and integrity is our key to success.     Good fit with corporate culture, someone to feel comfortable with, a team player both with our staff and customers.     Like-ability, positive attitude and sense of humor.     Good communication skills.     Dedication - willingness to walk the extra mile to achieve excellence.     Definiteness of purpose, and clear goals.     Enthusiasm with high level of motivation.
