  Terrible service, they showed up a day late without any communication. Charged extra money on the last minute and refused to unload the furniture if not paid. Damaged pieces while moving and did not compensate for any loss. Left without assembling the furniture. Rude and unprofessional on the phone.

  DO NOT USE. The truck will not come and you will not get your deposit back. The office will tell you on the day that the truck is coming, it’s coming but it’s not. The operations manager is completely uncontactable and you will be left worrying and stressed for no outcome. Do not use this company.

  This was by far the worst experience I have had with removalists. First of all, they sent the wrong size truck, caused damage to most of our boxes, despite them being clearly labelled as fragile, and took over 10 hours to move a very standard 3 bedroom apartment. Really disappointed with this service and the way the operations manager handled the situation. Would never recommend City Removalists to anyone.

  Never use this company!!! They quote for a few hours then move so slowly that they charge you triple. They also damage your furniture and properties in the process with no care. I emailed them personally a week ago to discuss my complaint and to this day have received no response, so I am now making their lack of professionalism known to warn others against using their services!
