  Jazz and the guys were good and when at my new address went beyond to get my fridge into the apartment. The negatives, they were 10 hours late due to other jobs running long, this was frustrating as I had the day planned. The other issue was there were items left in a wardrobe, this caused a panic until a friend came to the rescue. Jazz did give me a discount which is valued, but overall I couldn't give over a 3 out of 5 as there were too many things (some not mentioned here) that I saw as negative.

  While the men were quite friendly & respectful, they brought a smaller truck that wouldn't take all our belongings, so they charged us an extra $385 on top of the original quote of $1265. Then, because they couldn't get it all in they had to call another truck to help which cost us another $600. As you can imagine, they had us over a barrel, so we had to pay nearly $1000 more than the original quote. Much room for improvement. Not happy Jan!!
