  We entrusted Chris Jack with the photography of our new retro video game arcade venue and have been more than impressed with the results! With our dark lighting and bright screens always presenting a challenge for photos, Chris Jack was more than up to the challenge, producing a wide range of photos which truly captured the vibe of our venue. Pricing was very reasonable also, and so we can't recommend his photography service highly enough!

  Knowing that I have given 100%, the client is very happy — and it was all worth it. It is very important to me that I approach each job with the same commitment to doing my best possible work.

• What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

  The first question I would be asking is who is actually going to turn up on the day? Is the service being run under a company name does the photographer put his or her name to their work, and shoot every single assignment themselves? Secondly, am I going to get the digital files at high enough resolution to print them if I choose to? And what is the turnaround time, will I be waiting weeks or months for my photos or do you turn them around within days? Is the photographer a full-time professional, or do they only shoot events or weddings on weekends or evenings?
