Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are completely insured with our Public Liability Insurance up to $20m. We also have the Working With Childrens Check.  We also guarantee our work, and if we cannot get to a job, you get your money back!

Will you require customers to share their COVID-19 vaccination status?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not, however your venue or event may require this. We are COVID vaccinated and a certificate can be produced on request.

We have quality sound and lighting equipment, such names including Pioneer, QSC, Chauvet, DBX, Light Emotion and more. We also provide the most value for money, for what you get! We also like to work with you in making sure your event is all about you!!

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When you contact us, we need to know the following:  - Your name and contact details  - Event type (wedding, public event, birthday party etc.)  - Event date (exact date preferred or estimate)  - Event location (please give the address or name of the venue so we can work out any applicable travel fees)  - The time that your event will run from and until

1. Tell us exactly where the venue is (this can potentially cut down savings in travel fees) 2. Tell us exactly what you want as part of our services. Do you want lights only? Do you want sound only? 3. Shop around, look at other competitor prices and see what other providers quote.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Accepted Answer

We use some of the latest and best quality technology and the biggest brands in our setups. We use Pioneer for DJ decks, QSC, DBX, Shure, Samson and Behringer for sound, and as for lighting.. Chauvet, and Light Emotion. Our pricing is competitive as you pay for quality, not quantity!!

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge on a package per night*, plus travel fee basis. On top of this we charge for any additional packages such as uplighting or special services. Please get in contact with us to find out more

We specialise in providing DJ entertainment and equipment for weddings.  We are also heavily specialised in live sound, lighting and FX for public events. Whether it be providing sound gear for your band or stage, we can help you out.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our 9years of experience in the entertainment industry has brouht us work for weddings, public events, corporate events, birthday parties and more. We currently have a Diploma of Arts (Audio Production) and are Avid Pro Tools certified internationally.  Chris also works day to day in the commercial radio industry as an audio producer and on-air announcer.
