  First and foremost they came 2 hours late and top of that , they had no idea what they were supposed to do, when i advised them , they said we weren't told to do all this things. They didn't carry Mop ,so one of the cleaner left to bring who came after one hour. I would suggest before hiring them fix few things and make it clear to avoid tensions.

  I would not recommend this cleaning company at all! They agreed to a price, based off clear photos, and declined the offer to physically go to the property to obtain a quote. On the first agreed time they rocked up to the property and cancelled due to a worker being sick and confirmed 100% that tomorrow was still good to go. The next day received a text message stating they couldn't do a clean as it's 'too much' and than wanted to increase the hourly rate and increase the time. Very disappointing coming from someone which what would appear, good reviews, and that they had experience working with those struggling with this sort of clean.

  Veryyyy bad so unreliable! Terrible experience! Dint turn up on the time they were suppose to come not taking calls nor replying to message But txt me 2 hrs after that the car broke down🤦‍♀️

  Really bad experience. These guys came recommended to me for a removalist job. They didnt turn up on the day booked which was unbelievably stressful. They tuned up at 6am the next day, it was raining, they brought no protective sheets so everything got wet. I was told the job would take max 2 hours, they took 3 and a half hours then tried to charge me extra from what had been quoted due to stairs and heavy items. I had told them both apartments they were moving were first floor when I got the quote. They quickly backed down when I told them I was calling the boss. Made a stressfull situation a million times worse
