  I had a terrible experience with Charaf Painting Services and I feel obliged to warn anybody considering using them. They did an awful job of painting my deck. The sanding was totally in adequate. They were in and out in two days (despite charging $2k) and just five months later patches of raw wood are showing all over the deck. To matters worse, they took no responsibility. I wasted hours on the phone and email appealing to them to rectify the poor workmanship and achieved nothing other than stressing myself out. I have since had the job done again PROFESSIONALLY and the quality of the job and the service received further reflects the poor experience I had with Charaf Painting Services.

  Thanks for your feedback, however we did advice you That the deck need to be sanded using a machine & the nails need to be drilled down but u said that will be hard job so u asked the painter to sand it by hand which he told that won't be a great job plus u just forgot to mention how poor the quality of the decking wood was even about the quality of the paint we adviced to use the oil base dulux decking but u just wanted to use the paint u have which we don't guarantee on something that we never used before. about the time u just mentioned that was done in 2 days that's nothing to do with how Professional the painter is, customers gets soo happy when we finish the job earlier than expected & very honest coming on time & not taking ages to finalise what need to be done. BTW I did ask for a formal letter showing what we did was our fault from your PROFESSIONAL people but u refused plus u know that I did contact dulux rep to go & check what was done wrong. & I haven't heard from you.

  Highly recommended! Charaf did a great job painting our house and fixing up some of the DIY disasters. He is friendly, professional, thorough and quick. I have already recommended Charaf to friends and family and will be using him again in the near future.
