  I refinanced my mortgage & needed a title transfer. I found my CG Legal "senior conveyancer" did the basics and nothing more. I had to prompt her to follow up with my first mortgagor CBA who accepted her PEXA request but was waiting for communication from her. This delayed potential settlement date by a week. The majority of communication was by email although she did ring me the day b4 settlement & to tell me settlement had gone through. I didn't like that I only had a general CGLG main 1300 number to use and no mobile to text which would have been more efficient for communication. I was disappointed with her lack of attention to detail including not picking up the indicative payout figure was incorrect which I only received the day before settlement. I had to prompt her to keep the whole process moving. Overall I found her performance very lack lustre.
