Yes we are certainly covered with youi insurance ,  we carry public liability , all work is guaranteed  And also covered by insurance.

I have always had an interest in building, maintenance and home improvement projects. So I pursued my passion and turned it into a successful business. Every project is finished to all my clients briefs, and customer satisfaction is a must.

A customer had a roof leak he called 3 tradies on three separate occasions 1 was a roof plumber 2 were plumbers. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't successful  The roof still had a leak.The customer was very disillusioned so no matter how much I reassured him he wasn't convinced. So actions do speak louder than words. After completing the job we had to wait for a rainy day and Melbourne didn't disappoint. Sure enough a couple of days later we had a couple of wet days. To the customers surprise no leaks,he was extremely happy and to this day  is one of my regular customers, by fixing the problem there was no self doubt on behalf of the customer towards my skill and ability. At the end of the day that's job satisfaction.

The most enjoyable aspect of my work is the variety of work and jobs which are not repetitive. It allows me to always have a fresh outlook and to express my individual and creative ideas to suit each job and style of home whether it be,contemporary design or Victorian , Edwardian etc. I enjoy all aspects of my job from the mundane repairs to the most innovative aspects.

Apart from the obvious questions such as pricing and time frame for the completion of a job, the customer also needs to be aware of other factors. For example sometimes you can come across  unexpected problems that you couldn't foresee, also completion of a job depends on weather elements or supply of certain materials. These are just some scenarios that can occur from time to time and with a little bit if communication and understanding they shouldn't evolve to be big issues. Also the customer needs to do their research to see they have the right individual for the job by asking to see previous jobs that have been completed and following thru with referrals of previous jobs,also seeking a portfolio is also very helpful and reassuring.

Customers always start with pricing How much? I always ask for a deposit then follow up with progress payments. How long will it take? I always like to give a fair and efficient time frame but I also insist that sometimes according to the nature if the job e.g excavation things can come up unexpected so the customers is made aware of such factors before job is commenced. Do you have photos? I always present an extensive portfolio for customers to see and offer referrals so customers can go and see quality of work.

What makes me reliable and trustworthy for the job is that I always guarantee my work and I am happy to go back to fix the concerns that a customer may have. I am a legitable service provider who can always be contacted. I have had an established business name for the past 10 years and my name and workmanship speaks for itself.

Most people can talk the talk and walk the walk, what sets me apart from other service providers is that I am genuine. I am honest, efficient, trustworthy and reliable. I value my work, business and my good name that has taken years to build up and I have the references and customers satisfaction to back it up. I also ensure I always keep an excellent work ethic by always cleaning up after myself .

When I normally go to quote a job the customer always has a rough idea of what they would like. After listening to their requests I always try to improvise by suggesting ideas they haven't imagined, suggesting different type of material to be used and always backing myself up by always giving a rough estimation to the job.

The customer can save money by also engaging himself to prepare the site have it clean from rubbish debris , hire a bin , dismantle whatever is to be refurbished or restored and maybe some hands on or assisting for the day .

I am very thorough in sourcing my supplies and materials. I have long standing working relationships with my suppliers which in the long term gives me an extra edge in pricing. So I am more than happy to pass those savings onto my customers. Work quality cannot be compromised either so what you pay for is what you get, I do offer a high quality finish and I offer very modest rates that ensure job and customer satisfaction.

As each job is different one thing that is standard across the board is free quotes is a part of the service. I try to always listen to the customers needs, concerns and work to their budget. Each job being so different , the pricing also depends on the time frame a job needs so these matters are discussed with the customer.

As mentioned previously I enjoy all aspects of my job I like to make something run down look like new,something that's broken I like to fix it and I apply that philosophy to all jobs regardless how big or small. I do enjoy bathroom, kitchen renovations, deckings, gazebos, car ports, and all maintenance and building . I also specialize in concrete polishing also.

I have 20 years experience in the field of building and carpentry. I have extensive knowledge of designing personal structures to suit individual styles and areas.i am able to introduce new concepts and ideas that the customer may not know about. I clearly communicate with the client about their specifications and provide detailed quotes so the customer gets what they ask for all my work is guaranteed.
