  I've never used an accountant before and this year, because I didn't want the headache of doing things on my own, I decided to reach out and hire someone to help me. I went with CBD Accountants because their price wasn't too dear, they seemed highly rated here and they were a local business I could go to. I was however disappointed with the service I received. When I entered the office, I was not acknowledged (there was a reception but no receptionist) even though I had an appointment. 20 minutes later when I did get to speak to someone, he seemed only interested in getting through the process as fast as possible rather than trying to understand my finances. He did not make basic enquiries about my work situation or other income and I had to chime in a few times with clarifications to make sure my tax return was done properly. Had I not done so, he would have improperly filed my tax return. I did not feel that the service I received was worth the price I paid.

  Seems like the agent named Liptan doesn’t know how to communicate to his client. So then I turned down the service and went to H&r instead.
