How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have always had an aesthetic eye and creative flair which I developed working initially in an advertising agency.  I studied at RMIT after starting a family - interior design and decoration was a natural transition for me as it is also about creative communication via a visual and tactile medium

So many - where to start?  I love when I am asked to "do another room" for a client and upon revisiting their home seeing how my previous design & decoration is working and standing up to the test of time.

Do you do small projects - Yes!  one new sofa or curtains is just as important. Do you do kitchens and bathrooms ? Yes. How do you charge?  It varys depending on the scope of the job. Clients will always be advised before starting their project.

A floor plan and/or initial site visit are usually required; the scope of the job and who else is working on the project ie. builder, trades, to be clear on who is responsible for what .

a) seek council approvals before you start your renovations or building project b) do some research on the style that appeals to you - this gives us a direction to develop c) don't be afraid to discuss your budget - its important to understand what can be achieved and ensure your priorities are met.

Please call me to discuss your project as our services are tailored to suit each individuals project - therefore fixed fees and hourly rates can vary.

Complete home interior design selections and decoration, renovations and smaller projects are all considered equally.  Commercial/retail design is also undertaken.
