Hi guys! It was amazing!!! Everything went perfectly from beginning to end- from the hair, makeup, photos, priest and of course the reception was just exactly how we had imagined! Couldn't be more thankful to Karin and everyone that was there with her! She was fabulous! Couldn't speak highly enough of all her staff! The food was simply perfect and all the little things just came together to make it just the best day ever for us! As we write menus WITH you we also work with YOUR budget. There are different costs components such as food, staff, beverages and hire equipment.

We do start-to-finish planning including establishing the right look for your function to the dreaded end of night clean up and return of hire equipment.  Menus are created WITH you to suit any culinary theme, price range and location. Let’s create your ideal menu and satisfy the most finicky of guests palates and dietary requirements.   We can cater anything from post ceremony snacks through to a full sit down dinner. The generous finger food menus combined with bowl foods and bigger bites are our most popular.  The fun of themed food stations can add some extra entertainment.  We live in bbq country and we are blessed with bbq weather….. you may choose a relaxed bbq over the more formal sit-down dinner. Our bbq menus can be served as fork buffets or as a buffet or as a banquet down the middle of each table… why not Mix and match!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Karin has over 27 years experience as an event manager in Australia, England and Canada. Karin has an Associate Diploma in Hotel and Club Management. She also trained in Commercial Cookery at Ryde College of Catering Studies at Hotel Management.  Born and bread on the Northern Beaches means she knows all the venues and has keys to most of the Surf Clubs so she can support you in finding your ideal venue space.
