  Hi Linda I’m sorry if you haven’t felt there’s been a solution. My understanding from Michael who attended is that he had spent several hours there and that he identified the rear pipe was blocked and he had recommended running the high pressure jetter through the pipe to clear the blockage. If you’re happy to proceed we could do this job but don’t feel it warrants a negative review if you’ve opted not to carry out the recommended works as the job isn’t complete.
