  Refreshing to have respectful tradies in my house who actually cleaned up after themselves. Even offered Viviane an extra $100 cash for doing such a great job which she respectfully declined. Keep up the great work ethic guys.

  my grandmother decided without notifying me that she wanted to get her carpet changed. She told them that they would be allowed access to the property and that there would be no furniture. When they arrived they had to wait for one hour because my grandmother had completely forgotten that they were coming and doesn't have a mobile phone... So they were unable to contact her. Yet they still went to reception to see if they could help, rather than just leaving and charging her a call out fee. Reception at the retirement home told them that she had left to get a few groceries at the local markets. They waited for her return only to walk in and realise that there was furniture everywhere. They still went ahead with the job and didn't charge her for the furniture. So out of respect, I'm writting this review as my grandmother doesn't use a computer and wanted me to write this on behalf of her. So to Mitchel and Declan, thank you for treating my grandmother with such respect, care and going the extra mile. It means the world to me as her son.
