Do you have a truckmount or portable machine and how many hors has it done. Truckmounts almost always have more suction and heat to perform a much better job. If the machine has done 3000 hours it is not going to work as well as it used to

What suburb, how many rooms,  what type of cleaning you require, level of soiling from light to heavy, does furniture require moving, what capret or upholstery type ( if known ) how many m2 is the space for tile cleaning, if you require window cleaning how many windows has to be done.
