Don’t be fooled by Michelle’s low prices. I’d give zero stars if I could. 1st attempt she had a flat tire but didn’t message me for over 1.5hrs to inform me. Then assured me she wouldn’t let me down again and today another no show. Don’t waste your time with Capital Cleaners!!17 Mar 2020
Tune, U were to slow to reply to my messages on one flare. U did not state dates or times of clean also. This is confusing to someone running a business!! Also tune U went away when I said I could do for U the next day as I had a flat tyre remember!! It's called life and really if ppl are going to be this petty on a site I pay hundreds of dollars to use I night as well take my services else where.Elizabeth

Stood me up twice and had phone turned off, her son was sick but thought that she could of sent a message, the phone was turned off and I could not leave a message, lucky my carpet were not very dirty as I could still see a few marks that I had to clean myself. I had to message several times to get a tax invoice for my agent. Finally got an email with carpets steam cleaned and price paid, no ABN on it. Luckily the agent accepted this. Probably would not get again although they were half the price of others.17 Mar 2020

Initial response was good. My agent met the cleaner and outlined the job, The premises did not pass final inspection!!! I am still waiting for the cleaner's report which was promised. I would not recommend this branch of Capital Cleaner to anybody.17 Mar 2020
Luke, the property was cleaned properly and Ur friend was very rude to me also abusing me in msgs. I do not appreciate this at all. If a.c.t housing had a issue tfru would of contacted me. Thanks. I have plenty of customers that are happy and the state of that property was not good feel sorry for the poor old lady having to live in that!!
