  Sam came round to check what I wanted before agreeing to do the job. He worked his way through my list carefully (I have just moved house, so there were lots of little jobs), and everything he tackled he did thoroughly. When he thought I shouldn't change something, he told me so. He is an all-rounder: putting in a new window where one had cracked, sealing the bathroom floor/tiling, adding shelves to a cupboard, etc. He cleaned up after his work. I was very happy to have hired Sam for the job and would use him again.

  Sam did some work in my apartment. I needed some old built-in units removed and some storage hooks put up in a brick wall. Sam did a thorough job, was friendly and very reliable - he was always there when he said he would be and even came out on a weekend to do a few hours work. His pricing was very fair and payment was on completion. If I have other handyman/carpenter jobs around my place I will definitely give Sam a call.

  Sam was so good to work with from the beginning - honest, reliable and he took such care to match my new timber floors (in bedrooms) exactly to the rest of the house, and with a lot of care and really impressive attention to detail- It is clear than Sam really actually cares about doing thing the best way for the best result - it was also so nice to have a contractor who is not only a nice person, but who treated my house like his own! thank you sam! :)
