PC or Laptop. Make and Model of PC. What Operating System. Logs. Screen Prints. Description of problem; more details the better. For Web, application and any other designs, a call or email communication will be best to discuss the design.

Turn off the Computer and try not to use it, this is so that we can gather any required logs and data before it is overwritten. What actions were done before the issue occurred. Try to remember as much as you can when you first encountered the issue e.g "Blue Screen" , "Error Messages" etc.
