How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I studied Business Management and Psychology at university. After 6 months in an inner city office, I was quickly disenchanted with the corporate world. I would look outside the highrise window and wish I was a cleaners hanging outside in the sun. One day I left Brisbane and moved to Byron Bay, where it all began. I started this business in 2013 as a sole trader. Since then, thanks to the hard-work of many, we grown steadily and built a solid reputation in the shire. We now service hundreds of homes every month and receive on average 100 new bookings per month.

PRICING  10% OFF for all recurring services  Byron Shire - $39.60 per hour recurring services, Once-off cleaning - $44 per hour  Gold Coast & Tweed - $44.10 per hour recurring services, Once-off cleaning - $49 per hour   CLEANING PRODUCTS We use nontoxic products where possible. We clean with : - Vinegar and water solution which disinfects and cleans almost all surfaces - Gumption for heavier cleaning and spot cleaning walls - Bleach-based cleaner for toilet bowls Should you require special cleaning products such as leather conditioner or wood furniture polish, we ask the client to supply it.  PAYMENT Credit Card or Cash. Easy and Secure 256-BIT SSL Encrypted Payments system. Don't worry, you won't be billed until the day of service and you will receive an email receipt instantly. Our Happiness Guarantee represents our commitment to you. Should you have a concern with the cleaning service you have received, we will work with you to make it right by offering a next day re-clean of areas of concern or a fair discount.  COMMERCIAL PREMISES: Invoices are sent via email. 14 day accounts are available for commercial clients. CANCELLATIONS and WINDOW OF ARRIVAL Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee. The cancellation fee will be incurred if the cleaner is unable to enter the property. We have a 30-45 minute window of arrival around the time of your booking. This is to allow for traffic or jobs that have run slightly over time.

Our cleaners undergo an interview, an ID check, two reference checks and a trial clean before beginning. They are then rated by our customers after every clean and must maintain a 4 star rating, or above.

A lot of clients like to: 1. Pick things up off the floor, 2. do the dishes, 3. and a general tidy up before we arrive. However we are more than happy to do do all of those things.

Our contractors all have extensive cleaning experience. After each job, a review email is sent out, so we have up to date feedback on every cleaners performance. The business owner has a Bachelor of Business and Psychology, experience in Human Resources, and 10+ years of cleaning experience. Our administration team have customer service, administration and cleaning experience.
