How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I worked as a sales representative for a chemical and cleaning equipment company until they went bust and i enjoyed what i did so much and had heaps of knowledge that i found a way to continue to service my existing clients.

I really do love some of my dear older lady customers, they are so set in their upbringing that i am invited to clean their home on a regular basis and they clean up before i get there, we end up having afternoon tea instead, God bless them.

I love cleaning carpets and lounge suites because you always/mostly have a great sense of achievement when your finished, turning dirty dull carpets/fabrics into fresh clean carpets etc.

You should always ask if the business is local and if they have insurance to cover the work being carried out.  It is good to ask how long they have been in the business.

Q. how long does it take to dry. A. considering the weather, it can take 4 hours to dry on a warm day. The drying time can be helped by using overhead fans or air cycled conditioning and direct sunlight. The carpet can be walked on with care.

Before we can give a quote to a customer we need to have their name and address and contact numbers, amount of rooms or lounge chairs to be cleaned and the suburb the job is in.

To save time and money it is advisable for our client to prepare the rooms to be cleaned by. 1. pickup all small personal items and make the area easily accessible. 2. move any small furniture possible off te area to be cleaned. 3. pre-vacuum all carpeted areas to be cleaned.

We believe our pricing is competitive as we take great care in listening to our customers and what they say about our competitors pricing and we constantly look at our costings in the everyday running of our business.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have a minimum charge of $75 for the first 3 rooms, each room is $25 per room after that. You can pay by cash, direct debit, bank transfer, credit and debit card.
