We cover you with transit insurance, which essentially protects you whilst the truck is loaded, and in motion between the pickup and drop off address. Please note this cover comes into effect only in the instance of rollover or collision and damages resulting from these circumstances.

We once assisted a customer with a massive 56 cubic metre move, on Christmas Eve. The customer called me the day before, desperate, as her previously chosen removalist pulled the pin at the last minute. We arrived on Christmas Eve, completed the move in the rain, and Christmas was saved :)
