  Ian was an absolute life saver. From the minute i sent him photos of the cracks in the brickwork he reassured me this was nothing to worry about and not a structural component to the house. He went above and beyond to match the bricks. Ian also worked in very well with the other tradies on site, often taking the mickey out of his dad jokes. Would highly recommend!
